The Story
It Started With Listening.
It began more than 23 years ago, with a simple discovery: I could listen to people, understand what was really troubling them, and help them see their situation from a different angle.
Listening became writing. Writing became speaking. Speaking led to the field of sales, where influence is tested in its hardest form — in front of someone who hesitates, questions and holds back.
From the field I moved to the training room, turning lived experience into a method that can be learned and applied.
Today my message is simpler and clearer: to see something positive in every person that they may not see in themselves, and to help them discover their strength, overcome their challenges, and influence others in a better way.
